Quantity Surveyor
THE COMPANY
One of the UK’s largest independent Property Consultancies is actively recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their established London office.
My client is one of the leading Consultancies in the UK, with a network of offices across the country as well as overseas. They have an outstanding reputation in the market and are currently delivering some of London’s most high-profile Commercial sector developments. Projects span both the Public and Private sectors and include office towers, corporate campuses, retail schemes, and mixed-use commercial developments for high-profile clients. Values can range from £5 million up to multi-billion-pound projects.
THE POSITION
They are actively looking to recruit a number of individuals at Quantity Surveyor level to support the management of Commercial sector projects from inception to completion. The successful Quantity Surveyor will be given the opportunity to work closely with senior team members and assist in delivering projects across a diverse portfolio within London’s commercial markets. Project values typically range from £1 million up to £500 million.
The successful candidate will support client relationships, assist in project delivery, and contribute to the continued success and growth of the Commercial division in London.
THE CANDIDATE
The successful Quantity Surveyor must:
Hold a degree in Quantity Surveying and ideally be chartered or very close to achieving chartered status with the RICS
Have experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within a Consultancy / PQS environment
Have experience delivering projects within the Property / Building sectors
Possess strong mixed-use, office new build, or high-end residential project experience
Possess strong communication and client-facing skills
Demonstrate the ability to support the management of projects from inception through to completion
