A well-established design & build contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team, delivering high-quality commercial fit-out projects across London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing multiple projects simultaneously.

About the Role

As Project Manager, you will take full ownership of projects from inception through to completion, ensuring successful delivery across programme, budget, and quality.

You will typically manage 2 projects concurrently, usually valued at £3m-£4m, with overall project exposure up to £7m.

Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple design & build projects from pre-construction through to handover

Oversee project programmes, budgets, and resource allocation

Coordinate design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers

Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships are maintained

Drive commercial performance and manage project risks effectively

Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and company procedures

Maintain high-quality delivery across all stages of the project lifecycle

About You

Proven experience as a Project Manager within a design & build or fit-out environment

Experience delivering projects up to £5m+ (ideally up to £7m)

Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously

Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills

Excellent organisational and communication abilities

A proactive, solutions-focused approach
