A Head of Dilapidations role based in London, offering up to £150,000 plus package. This is a permanent, full-time position within a Chartered Building Surveying consultancy, providing a senior leadership opportunity to build and lead a dilapidations service line.

🎯 Responsibilities

* Lead and grow the dilapidations service line across commercial portfolios

* Deliver and negotiate claims and settlements

* Manage financial performance, fees and profitability

* Develop client relationships and win new instructions

* Recruit and lead a specialist dilapidations team

* MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor

* Strong dilapidations experience across commercial property

* Proven team management and leadership capability

* Track record of winning and delivering client work

* Commercially aware with client development experience
