As Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You’ll coordinate teams, liaise with clients and contractors, and maintain high standards of quality and compliance. A background in facades or roofing would be a real advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage site activities and ensure smooth daily operations.
Lead and motivate site teams to achieve project goals.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Conduct regular site inspections and progress reports.
Resolve any issues or delays efficiently and professionally.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
Relevant qualifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid)
