Your Responsibilities:

Surveying work in housebuilding, associated procedures and practices including subcontract procurement
Valuation of subcontractor payment applications
Negotiation of final accounts
Preparation of monthly cost reports
Responsible for running a number ofdevelopments across the region
Working cohesively with the land, technical, construction and sales teams respectively
Assist in maintaining the regions portfolio house type cost database used for future land acquisitions

Required Skills:

Minimum qualification HND in Quantity Surveying.
2+ years' new build housing / residential experiencein a Quantity Surveying role
Proficient with IT systems – Microsoft packages and CRM systems
COINS experiencedesirable
Full UK driving licence.
