We are looking to recruit a Junior Site Manager to join a growing construction team in the Manchester area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career, with full support and development provided to help you progress into a more senior role.

The Role:
You will support the delivery of construction projects on site, working alongside experienced managers while developing your skills in site coordination, health & safety, and programme delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the day-to-day management of site operations

*

Support project delivery to agreed timelines and quality standards

*

Help coordinate subcontractors and site activities

*

Ensure health & safety regulations are followed on site

*

Monitor progress and report to senior management

*

Maintain site records and documentation

About You:

*

Some previous experience in site management or a supervisory role within construction

*

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and develop

*

Good communication and organisational skills

*

Understanding of basic health & safety on site

*

Ambition to progress into a Site Manager role

Desirable:

*

Relevant construction qualifications (e.g. HNC/HND/Degree or NVQ)

*

SMSTS/SSSTS or working towards

*

Full UK driving licence
