Associate Building Surveyor – Salary & Benefits:
Salary: £65,000 – £75,000

As an Associate Building Surveyor, you will play a key role in leading and developing a growing team within the Midlands region. You will be responsible for managing a small team of surveyors, delivering projects, and supporting wider business objectives.
The role will involve overseeing a range of professional and project-led work, while also contributing to business development activities and strengthening existing client relationships. You will work closely with senior leadership, supporting strategic growth and helping to drive the business forward in the region.
This position would suit an established Senior Building Surveyor looking to step into a leadership role or an existing Associate seeking a new platform with greater influence and progression opportunities.
Associate Building Surveyor – Job Requirements:
MRICS qualified
Proven experience delivering building surveying services across a range of sectors
Experience managing or mentoring junior team members
Strong understanding of contract administration and project delivery
Commercial awareness with an interest in business development
Ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships
