Site Manager

Building and refurbishment Contractor delivering projects across the public and private sector seek a site/project manager capable of overseeing multiple projects ranging £50k to £500k across Surrey and Kent regions.

Your responsibilities will be to oversee all site operations, manage subcontractors, control programme and budget, and ensure quality and safety standards are maintained throughout.

Requirements

Proven experience managing refurbishment projects c£50k to £500k

Strong knowledge of construction processes and sequencing

*

Experience working within a small to medium-sized contractor environment

*

Excellent organisational and leadership skills

*

Strong commercial awareness

*

SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold Card preferred), and First Aid

*

Proficient in MS Project or similar

*

Can do attitude
