Job Title: Fire Door Installer
Location: London & Brighton (site-based travel)
Job Type: Full Time (Temp to Perm)
Working Hours: 08:30 – 17:30
Pay Rate: Dependent on experience and productivity

About the Role:

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Fire Door Installer with a strong carpentry background to carry out installations and remedial works across multiple sites.

You will be responsible for ensuring all fire doors are installed and maintained to the correct compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Install fire doors in line with current regulations and specifications

* Carry out fire door remedial works as required

* Ensure all works meet BM TRADA compliance standards

* Fit ironmongery including hinges, closers, seals, and locks

* Maintain accurate records of work completed (OneTrace experience beneficial)

* Work efficiently to meet project deadlines

* Ensure high standards of quality, safety, and workmanship on site

Requirements:

* Previous experience in fire door installation and remedials

* Carpentry background (essential)

* CSCS Card (essential)

* Good understanding of fire door compliance standards (e.g. BM TRADA)

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Strong attention to detail

* Fluent or very good English
