An award-winning chartered architectural practice in Cambridge is seeking a talented Architectural Technologist to join its collaborative team. The Architectural Technologist will work on a diverse portfolio of medium to large scale projects across residential, workplace, retail, leisure, and conservation sectors throughout the South and East of England, making a key contribution to the studio's technical excellence. This Architectural Technologist role offers the opportunity to be closely involved in project delivery from design through to construction.

Key Responsibilities

Produce detailed technical drawings, specifications, and construction packages

Assist with planning submissions and technical design documentation

Develop coordinated drawing packages across multiple RIBA stages

Liaise with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure technical coordination

Support project delivery by ensuring compliance with UK Building Regulations and industry standards

Attend site visits and project meetings as required

Candidate Profile

Degree or qualification in Architectural Technology or a related discipline

Experience working in a UK architectural practice

Strong technical knowledge and understanding of UK Building Regulations

Experience producing detailed drawing packages across multiple RIBA stages

Confident communicator with a collaborative and organised approach

Proficient in Revit and other relevant design software
