A leading Tier 1 MEP contractor is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join their team on a flagship hyperscale data centre project in North-West London with hybrid working opportunities. This is a rare opportunity to work on one of the capital’s most high-profile, technically complex schemes, delivering critical infrastructure at scale.
About the Role:
You will join a high-performing commercial team, taking ownership of the commercial function on a major hyperscale data centre project. Reporting into the Commercial Director, you will play a key role in driving project performance and ensuring commercial success on a fast-paced, high-value scheme.
Lead the commercial management of a large-scale MEP package on a hyperscale data centre
Oversee budgets, forecasting, cost control, and contract administration
Manage procurement, subcontractor accounts, and final accounts
Work closely with project delivery teams to maximise value and mitigate risk
Contribute to the successful delivery of a technically complex, mission-critical projectWhat We’re Looking For:
Proven experience working for a Tier 1 or leading MEP contractor
Strong background in delivering large-scale MEP packages, ideally within data centres or other mission-critical environments
Excellent knowledge of contract forms (e.g. JCT / NEC) and commercial processes
Confident managing high-value projects in a fast-paced environment
Driven, commercially astute, and keen to progress within a leading contractorWhy Join:
