Key Benefits of the HGV Class 2 Driver:
Weekly pay of £645.75
Bonus scheme paying £1,500 per year (paid in June and December)
Monday to Friday working hours: 7:30am – 4:30pm

About the Role (HGV Class 2 Driver)
As an HGV Class 2 Driver, you will be responsible for delivering and collecting a range of plant machinery including diggers, dumpers, and rollers to customer sites across Northamptonshire and surrounding areas.
A typical day for an HGV Class 2 Driver will include:
Safe delivery and collection of plant equipment
Loading, unloading, and securing machinery using correct strapping methods
Carrying out daily vehicle checks
Providing excellent customer service on-site
Working closely with the depot team to ensure efficient operations
This HGV Class 2 Driver role offers stable, local work with no nights out.
About You (HGV Class 2 Driver)
To be successful in this HGV Class 2 Driver role, you should:
Hold a valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
Have a valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card
Be willing to learn – full training on plant equipment provided
Have a positive, can-do attitude
Be reliable and safety-conscious
Have good customer-facing skills
Previous experience transporting plant machinery is beneficial but not essential.
To be successful in this role, you may have worked as a:
Class 2 Driver, LGV Class 2 Driver, Category C Driver, HGV Driver, Plant Driver, Delivery Driver Class 2, Construction Driver, Equipment Delivery Driver, Lorry Driver, Transport Driver
