Senior Quantity Surveyor

An expanding Quantity Surveying team in Southeast London are looking to add a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a proven track record of independently leading projects.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working across a diverse range of projects including housing, education, cladding, and regeneration schemes valuing up to £100m.

As well as undertaking a project delivery role, there is a clear opportunity to undertake additional management and/or client facing duties – tasks that will support your pathway to Associate.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
Ideally MRICS, but not essential
UK PQS / Construction Consultancy experience
Comfortable delivering multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent pre contract knowledgeIn Return?

£60,000 – £70,000
