Project Manager

A specialist construction consultancy in Manchester is looking for a Project Manager to support the delivery of healthcare construction projects across the North West. The Project Manager will work on NHS estates programmes, private hospital refurbishments, and clinical fit-outs, often within live environments.

This Project Manager role offers exposure to complex construction logistics and stakeholder-heavy schemes. You must have prior construction consultancy experience as a Project Manager to be considered for this role.

The Project Manager's role
The Project Manager will coordinate construction projects from planning through to completion, ensuring minimal disruption to operational healthcare settings. You will manage stakeholders including clinicians, estates teams, and contractors.

Construction-related degree

3-6 years' experience in construction consultancy

Healthcare project experience (NHS/private)

Knowledge of JCT contracts

You must have prior construction consultancy experience as a Project Manager to be considered for this role.
