Senior Quantity Surveyor
A growing construction consultancy is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its London team. This Senior Quantity Surveyor role will be primarily focused on healthcare projects, covering both new build and refurbishment schemes. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working across the full project lifecycle and play a key role in delivering cost consultancy services to clients in the healthcare sector.
The position is suitable for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong experience in a consultancy environment and capable of taking a lead role on projects, supporting junior staff and developing client relationships.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a team with established frameworks in place across major NHS trusts and private healthcare providers, with opportunity to progress within the business.

The Role
As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, your responsibilities will include:
Delivering full pre- and post-contract quantity surveying services
Preparing cost plans, bills of quantities and tender documentation
Overseeing contract administration under NEC and JCT contracts
Supporting junior quantity surveyors and contributing to team development
Managing client reporting, financial forecasting and value engineering
Engaging with key stakeholders including NHS clients, contractors and design teamsThe Senior Quantity Surveyor
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a similar construction-related field
MRICS qualified or working towards chartership
Experience delivering healthcare or public sector projects preferred
Confident in managing multiple projects and acting as commercial lead
Strong understanding of cost planning, procurement, and contract administration
Comfortable working within a client-facing consultancy roleIn Return
£65,000 – £75,000 salary
