A busy UK and European Construction Consultancy are seeking an articulate Quantity Surveyor who is eager to take on greater responsibility and more autonomy.

The Quantity Surveyor's role

Joining their London office, the successful Quantity Surveyor will be working across an array of logistic and data centre projects for two key clients.

With a Senior Quantity Surveyor nearby, the new Quantity Surveyor will have their own projects to manage from the initial feasibility through to final accounts/handover.

The Quantity Surveyor

Strong communication skills
Client facing / good at building relationships
MRICS or working towards
A proven ability to deliver projects
Pre and post contract knowledge
Worked within a PQS / Consultancy environmentIn Return?

£45,000 – £60,000
25 days annual leave + bank holidays
