Quantity Surveyor

A well established and dynamic Cost consultancy are looking to add ambitious MRICS Quantity Surveyor to their team near Bank, London.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

The Quantity Surveyor would be responsible for running projects from concept to completion across a range of sectors, including commercial, retail, private healthcare and leisure projects.

Alongside having your own projects to run, the new Quantity Surveyor will help an Associate with pre and post contract roles including attending progress meetings independently and contract administration.

With this role there is a clear progression pathway to Senior and eventually Associate Director!

The Quantity Surveyor

Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
Ideally MRICS
Minimum of 4 years Quantity Surveying experience
Worked within a PQS / Construction Consultancy practice
Good pre and post contract knowledge
Team focused, confident, professional
