Health and Safety Advisor
An experienced Health and Safety Advisor is required to support the delivery of health, safety, and wellbeing across a major infrastructure project in a highly regulated environment. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with UK legislation and site standards while promoting a proactive and positive safety culture across all site activities.

Key Responsibilities
Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Health & Safety Management System
Monitor compliance with UK legislation, CDM Regulations, and site-specific requirements
Assist with site inspections, audits, and incident investigations
Review RAMS and support the safe delivery of high-risk construction activities
Engage with site teams and subcontractors to promote safe systems of workRequirements.
Proven experience in Health & Safety positions.
P4 Pass highly desirable
Previous experience on Nuclear related projects.
NEBOSH certified
Lead Auditor certified desirableLocation: Whitehaven
Permanent: Full Time, 40 hrs
Salary: circa £50k (dependent on experience) + £5k Car Allowance
