Design Manager

Blue Water Recruitment are currently looking for 2 Design Managers in South & West Wales.

You will be working for a tier 1 construction company who are based in South Wales.

* Lead and coordinate the design process, managing architects, consultants, and engineers to ensure designs are complete, compliant, and aligned with project requirements

* Manage design programmes and information flow, resolving clashes and ensuring timely delivery using tools like Revit

* Ensure designs are buildable, cost-effective, and meet health & safety and regulatory standards, while supporting procurement and stakeholder coordination
