A Senior Building Surveyor role based in London, offering £60,000 – £70,000 plus car allowance and bonus on a permanent, full-time hybrid basis. This position sits within an international property consultancy delivering technical advice across commercial and mixed-use portfolios.

🎯 Responsibilities

* Deliver technical due diligence and professional surveying advice

* Prepare and negotiate dilapidations schedules

* Lead contract administration on refurbishment projects

* Produce PPM reports and technical assessments

* Manage client relationships and coordinate project teams

✅ Requirements

* MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor

* Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience

* Strong technical due diligence and dilapidations background

* Experience across commercial or mixed-use assets

* Proven client-facing and team leadership capability
