Fit-Out Site Manager (CAT A & CAT B Office Fit-Out)
Location: Sheffield
Rate: £275 per day
Start Date: 24th March
Duration: 8–10 Weeks

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Fit-Out Site Manager to oversee a CAT A and CAT B office fit-out project for a prestigious client based in Sheffield (S8).

This is an 8–10 week contract, and we are looking for someone who can manage the project from start to finish, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard.

Key Details

* Rate: £275 per day

* Working Hours: 8.5 hours per day (hours may fluctuate depending on project requirements)

* Project: High-end office fit-out for a prestigious client

* Start Date: 24th March

* Contract Length: 8–10 weeks

Responsibilities

* Day-to-day management of site operations

* Coordinating subcontractors and trades on site

* Ensuring works are delivered in line with programme and quality standards

* Maintaining site health & safety compliance

* Liaising with the client and wider project team

* Managing the project through to completion

Requirements

* Proven experience delivering CAT A & CAT B office fit-out projects

* Strong commercial office fit-out background is essential

* CSCS Card

* SMSTS

* First Aid at Work

The client will only consider candidates with a demonstrably strong office fit-out background, so relevant project experience is essential.
