Location: London, Hybrid working.
Salary: £70,000 – £80,000, depending on candidate experience.
Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time.
Working for a privately owned Construction Consultancy you will have the opportunity to lead and manage an iconic project from inception to completion, managing all aspects of planning, pre-contract, execution, and handover.
Seeking a highly proactive and organised Senior Project Manager with constriction consultancy experience to oversee a prestigious multi million residential construction project in London.
All applicants must have previous construction consultancy experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the project team in all phases from initial planning through to project delivery and close-out.
Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Manage and coordinate consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
Oversee procurement processes and contract negotiations.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Maintain strong client relationships and act as the main point of contact.
Prepare regular project status reports and presentations.
Uphold high standards of health, safety, and environmental practices on site.
Ensure timely and within-budget project completion while meeting quality standards.Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager on large-scale residential construction projects (£100m+).
Strong consultancy background with full cycle project management experience.
Extensive pre contract and planning expertise.
Superb organisational and leadership skills with a proactive approach.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex project dynamics effectively.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Relevant degree in Construction Management, Project Management or a related field.
Chartered status (MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM, or equivalent) preferred.Company Benefits:
