Contracts Manager – Facades & Cladding

I’m currently working with a well-established façade contractor who is looking to bring on an experienced Contracts Manager to support a growing pipeline of projects across London and the South East.

This is a key position within the business, overseeing multiple façade and cladding packages from pre-construction through to completion.

The Role:

* Managing multiple façade/cladding projects simultaneously

* Overseeing project teams including Project Managers and Site Managers

* Ensuring delivery on programme, budget, and quality standards

* Client-facing role, maintaining strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle

* Supporting commercial and operational performance across your projects

What I’m Looking For:

* Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Contracts Manager position

* Strong background in cladding and façade systems is essential

* Demonstrable career stability (not a job hopper)

* Proven track record delivering projects within the façade sector

* Strong leadership and communication skills

What’s On Offer:

* £75,000 – £85,000 salary depending on experience
