Estimator – Facades

I’m currently working with a leading international façade contractor who is looking to appoint an Estimator to join their growing commercial team.

This is a great opportunity to join a well-established business delivering high-profile façade and cladding projects across the UK.

The Role:

* Preparing detailed cost estimates for façade and cladding packages

* Reviewing tender documentation and specifications

* Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations

* Supporting bid submissions and value engineering opportunities

* Working closely with commercial and pre-construction teams

What I’m Looking For:

* Experience working as an Estimator within the façade / cladding sector

* Strong understanding of façade systems and associated materials

* Ability to interpret drawings and technical specifications

* Good commercial awareness and attention to detail

* Strong communication and organisational skills

What’s On Offer:

* £55,000 – £75,000 salary depending on experience

* Hybrid working (1 day from home)
