Design Manager – Facades

I’m currently working with a growing façade contractor who is looking to appoint a Design Manager to strengthen their technical team.

This is a great opportunity to join a business delivering a range of façade packages, where you’ll play a key role in managing the design process from pre-construction through to delivery.

The Role:

* Managing façade design from concept through to construction

* Coordinating with architects, consultants, and internal teams

* Overseeing design programmes and ensuring deadlines are met

* Reviewing drawings, specifications, and technical submissions

* Managing external design consultants and subcontract designers

* Supporting site teams with technical queries during delivery

What I’m Looking For:

* Proven experience as a Design Manager within the façade/cladding sector

* Strong technical understanding of façade systems

* Experience managing the full design lifecycle

* Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively

* Strong communication and organisational skills

What’s On Offer:

* £60,000 – £75,000 salary depending on experience

* Hybrid working
