Freelance Quality Manager – Fit-out

MPR Site Services are currently supporting a leading commercial refurbishment & fit out company on a construction project in Manchester.

We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager with a strong background in internal refurbishment and fit out projects.

Internal refurbishment creating new workspaces and hotel.

Main duties:

* Ensuring contractual, legal and safety standards are met.

* Implementing quality management plans.

* Conducting site inspections.

* Managing compliance.

* Resolving defects.

* Managing subcontractor performance.

* Performing internal audits.

* Act as liaison with client and contractors.

* Defect management and snagging.

This will be a long term project.

Rates of pay DOE.
