Join a growing MEP subcontractor delivering high quality residential, commercial and mixed use projects across London. This is an opportunity for someone who genuinely cares about quality, enjoys being close to the work on site, and wants to help shape how a smaller, ambitious business continues to develop.
We're open to different experience levels and will pay £55,000 – £70,000 for the right person. Salary is negotiable for the right person.
The Opportunity
You'll take ownership of the Quality Assurance function, working closely with project teams to embed strong processes, improve documentation and support consistent standards across multiple sites. This role suits someone who enjoys responsibility, wants to make an impact, and thrives in an environment where decisions are made quickly.
Rather than a large corporate structure, you'll be joining a company that operates with a lean, agile and hands on approach – somewhere you can influence, build and refine QA systems as the business grows.
What We're Looking For
Ideally experience in MEP, building services or specialist subcontracting (not essential)
Confident working full time from site, engaging with supervisors, engineers and clients
A genuine passion for Quality Assurance, with a desire to raise standards and drive consistency
Someone who enjoys a more entrepreneurial environment where they can shape processes
Able to build relationships quickly and communicate clearly
Comfortable introducing improvements rather than just maintaining existing systems
