Role: Helpdesk Coordinator
Salary: £28,000 – £33,000
Location: Alvechurch
Hours: Monday to Friday, to cover from between (Apply online only) (open to discussion)

Our client, a market leader in its sector, is seeking to appoint a helpdesk coordinator to its existing team, reporting to the IT Director.

The duties for the helpdesk coordinator:

-identify and resolve hardware and software issues as they arise
-provide 1st line support to stakeholders across the business
-liaise with external IT providers
-monitor and keep updated IT stock levels
-ensure all company devices are correctly configured
-provide support to the IT Director
-assist with any IT related ad-hoc assignments

Experience for the helpdesk coordinator:

-English and Maths GCSE Grade C or above
-UK driving licence in order to travel to other sites as and when required
-previous UK based helpdesk experience
