Site Manager – High-End Retail & Live Environment Projects – Department Store

We are working with a long-established contractor delivering complex refurbishment and fit-out projects within one of London’s most prestigious live environments.

This role will suit a Site Manager who is comfortable operating within high-end, trading environments such as Harrods, Selfridges, Liberty London or similar flagship retail and shopping centre settings.

Projects range from landlord and infrastructure works through to luxury retail concessions and reconfigurations, all within a fully operational environment. You will be responsible for managing projects from early-stage strip-out and enabling works through to final finishes, coordinating multiple trades while working around live trading conditions.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience delivering projects from commencement through to completion

Experience working within live, high-end environments (e.g. department stores, luxury retail, shopping centres)

*

Strong coordination of multiple trades including M&E, partitions, ceilings and joinery

*

Confident managing works in logistically challenging, high-footfall environments

*

Hands-on, site-based leadership style

This role would particularly suit Site Managers who have worked within Harrods, Selfridges, Liberty, Harvey Nichols or similar high-end retail environments.

This is not a finishing-only role or a Project Manager position — we are specifically looking for a Site Manager who takes ownership of projects on site from day one through to completion.
