QUANTITY SURVEYOR (NO.2) | HOTEL REFURB

A great opportunity for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team as number two on a high-specification luxury hotel project in the Oxford area, with a well-regarded privately owned regional contractor.

The Role

Reporting to the Lead Surveyor, you will be a core part of the commercial team on this prestigious scheme. Responsibilities include:

* Supporting valuations, variations and subcontract management

* Assisting with procurement and package letting

* Cost reporting and maintaining commercial records

* Day-to-day liaison with the supply chain and design team

The Candidate

* Quantity Surveying experience with a main contractor

* Exposure to projects in the £10m–£50m range

* Organised, commercially minded and keen to develop

* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline

* Interest in high-quality, complex construction projects an advantage
