Project Manager – High-Rise Residential / Student Accommodation

Location: London

We are currently working with a leading contractor to appoint an experienced Project Manager to deliver a high-rise student accommodation scheme in London.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business delivering complex, multi-storey RC frame developments across the capital.

The Role:

* Full responsibility for delivering a high-rise student accommodation project from inception through to completion

* Managing site teams, subcontractors, and all project stakeholders

* Driving programme, quality, and health & safety standards

* Coordinating both internal and external packages across the build lifecycle

Requirements:

* Proven experience delivering projects from start to finish as a Project Manager

* Background working with Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractors

* Strong experience on high-rise RC frame, multi-storey developments

* Residential background (student accommodation experience advantageous)

* Experience managing both internal and external packages
