Project Manager
A growing construction consultancy in Birmingham has secured a long-term rollout programme with a major UK hotel operator and is now looking for a Project Manager to support delivery. This Project Manager role will focus on refurbishments and extensions across live hotel environments, including brands such as Premier Inn-style operators and city-centre aparthotels.
The Project Manager will be joining a small but well-established team that is already delivering multiple sites across the UK. This is a delivery-focused Project Manager position where you'll quickly take ownership of your own schemes.
You must have prior construction consultancy experience as a Project Manager to be considered for this role.
The Project Manager's role
The Project Manager will manage multiple construction projects across different locations, often simultaneously. You will coordinate contractors working in live environments, manage programmes tightly to minimise operational disruption, and act as the key link between client asset managers and site teams.
The Project Manager
4+ years' experience in construction consultancy
Experience delivering hotel or hospitality construction projects
Comfortable managing multiple fast-paced schemes
Willing to travel across the UK
Strong working knowledge of JCT contracts
