A privately owned, Registered Building Control Approved Inspector is seeking a Registered Building Control Inspector (RBI) to join their fast growing team. They have strong client relationships and will be able to offer a varied portfolio.

They also provide consultancy services which will offer a varied day to day, whilst you work within a team of experienced Building Control Surveyors.

Due to their commercial success this is a fantastic opportunity for the successfull Registered Building Control Inspector (RBI) to join an experienced team, whilst reaping the benefits from the exposure you will receive to large projects within their portfolio.

The Registered Building Control Inspector (RBI)

As a Registered Building Control Inspector (RBI) you will ensure that construction projects comply with building regulations and safety standards. They review plans, carry out site inspections, and provide guidance to make sure structures are safe, accessible.

The Person

The Registered Building Control Inspector (RBI) will be a Registered to Class 2A competency minimum.

The Registered Building Control Inspector (RBI)will have 3 years of experience within the industry.

If you have a Chartered membership with CABE (MCABE) will be advantageous.
