Senior Quantity Surveyor

The Director of an up-and-coming Quantity Surveying consultancy is seeking a reliable Senior Quantity Surveyor with the capability to act as a Project Manager when required.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

Working from home, or the firm's London office, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will manage projects independently as both a QS and a PM, covering pre and post contract responsibilities.

Project wise, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor shall work across a diverse range of projects, including office conversions, new-build residential apartments, monitoring work, and much more.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveying background and skill set
Project Management experience
Completed a construction related degree
Able to lead a project independently
Strong pre and post contract knowledge

£60,000 – £75,000
22 days annual leave + bank holidays
Christmas to new year closure (no additional leave required to be taken)
