Search Consultancy is looking for experienced and reliable Cladders to join our busy construction teams on a key project in Berwick. We are partnering with leading building envelope specialists and main contractors who require precision, pace, and a high-standard finish on commercial and industrial developments.

The Role
This is a high-level installation role requiring technical accuracy. You will be responsible for:
* System Installation: Expertly fitting various cladding systems, including composite panels, rainscreen, and built-up systems.
* Sheet Metal Work: Fixing profile metal sheeting to roofs and walls, ensuring all laps and seals meet specification.
* Flashing & Trims: Measuring, cutting, and installing flashings, gutters, and architectural trims for a clean, waterproof finish.
* Sealing & Insulation: Ensuring all vapor barriers and insulation layers are correctly installed before the final skin.
* Productivity Driven: We need Cladders used to the physical demands of working at height who can maintain pace without compromising on safety or quality.
Requirements
* NVQ Qualification: Must hold a UK NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Cladding & Roofing Occupations (Building Envelopes).
* CSCS Card: A valid Blue (Skilled Worker) or Gold (Advanced Craft) card is mandatory.
* Specialist Tickets: IPAF (3a & 3b) is essential for operating powered access; PASMA and Leading Edge training are highly desirable.
* Experience: Proven track record in industrial cladding or commercial building envelopes.
* Tools & PPE: Full professional kit (including cordless drills, snips, and hand tools) and standard 5-point PPE.
* Reliability: Must be comfortable working at height and able to get to the site in Berwick daily.
* Right to Work: Must have a valid right to work in the UK.
