Search Consultancy is currently appointing experienced Cladders to join our dedicated building envelope division for high-profile projects across Newcastle. The Role
We are seeking precision-focused operatives to deliver high-quality finishes on complex building envelopes. Your responsibilities will include:
* Installation of various cladding systems (including rainscreen, composite panels, and standing seam).
* Interpreting technical drawings and architectural specifications.
* Ensuring all fixings, insulation, and fire breaks are installed to strict safety and quality standards.
* Coordinating with site management to ensure project milestones are achieved safely and on time.
Technical Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following professional credentials:
* CSCS Card (Relevant to trade/skilled worker).
* NVQ in Cladding / Building Envelopes (Required for proof of competency).
* CPCS or NPORS (Essential for roles involving relevant plant or access equipment).
* Proven experience in industrial, commercial, or high-rise cladding projects.
* Full PPE and a commitment to exemplary site safety.
Remuneration & Payroll
