A Senior Building Surveyor is required for a London-based role offering £60,000 – £70,000 plus car allowance and bonus. This is a permanent, full-time position with hybrid working. The role focuses on technical due diligence alongside dilapidations and refurbishment projects across UK and EMEA assets.

🎯 Responsibilities

* Deliver technical due diligence and building surveying advice

* Manage portfolio and single asset instructions

* Prepare dilapidations and PPM reports

* Lead refurbishment projects through contract administration

* Coordinate clients and project teams

✅ Requirements

* MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor

* 3+ years’ post-qualification experience

* Technical due diligence and professional surveying background

* Commercial sector experience

* Strong client-facing and reporting skills
