Quantity Surveyor

A successful and busy contractor has an excellent opportunity for a Quantity to join their team and work within the property, refurbishment, and maintenance sector on long‑term frameworks.

This role involves working closely with clients on minor works projects, covering a wide variety of schemes including refurbishments, building maintenance, ranging from £10k up to £100k. You will manage both reactive and planned maintenance, working with day schedules or schedules of rates, and overseeing multiple projects at any one time.

Responsibilities include:

Pricing works from £10k-£100k
Cost management and reporting from inception to final account
Producing CVRs
Working under JCT, Schedule of Rates, and other contract forms
Managing and supporting the commercial function across several live projectsYou will join a friendly and supportive commercial team based in a busy office environment, you'll work closely with an experienced operations team who have strong, long‑term client relationships.
