Roles/Responsibilities

Process survey and pre-construction data into production planning workflows
Support the Pre-Construction Manager and wider operations team
Prepare and manage pre-construction documentation and reports
Maintain accurate project records, trackers, and data systems
Liaise with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project coordination
Identify risks, inconsistencies, or data issues and support mitigation
Produce summary reports following surveys for internal teams and clients
Ensure all information is accurately recorded and progressed in line with project timelines

Qualifications

Previous experience in administration, project coordination, or order processing within construction, fire protection, or similar sectors
Experience working in a fast-paced project or operational environment
Strong IT skills, including MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and data management systems
High attention to detail with the ability to analyse and validate data
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
Experience working with social housing or local authority contracts (desirable)
Understanding of passive fire protection or construction environments (desirable)
