Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 + Package

A growing regional contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to deliver highways and infrastructure schemes across the South Midlands.

This is a hands-on role overseeing multiple civils packages including highways, 278 works, drainage, and associated infrastructure, working closely with clients, site teams, and commercial functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead delivery of highways & civils projects from pre-construction through to completion

Manage site teams, subcontractors, and programme delivery

Ensure HSEQ compliance and quality standards

Drive programme, cost control, and client satisfaction

Requirements:

Proven Project Manager experience within highways / civil engineering

Strong knowledge of Section 278, drainage, and infrastructure works

SMSTS, CSCS

Commercial awareness and programme management capability
