Quantity Surveyor

We are working with a specialist subcontractor delivering complex Cut&Carve/structural alteration projects.

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on technically challenging projects involving temporary works, demolition, RC alterations and structural reconfiguration.

Key duties include:

* Managing costs from pre-construction through to final account

* Preparing and agreeing interim valuations and variations

* Cost reporting and forecasting

* Subcontract procurement and account management

* Identifying risks and opportunities across projects

* Liaising with clients, main contractors, and site teams

Requirements:

* 5+ Years Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within cut & carve / structural alterations / demolition / RC works.

* Strong knowledge of JCT or NEC contracts

* Proven ability to manage multiple projects

* Excellent negotiation and communication skills

* Ability to read and interpret structural drawings
