Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead the delivery of key projects in the Edinburgh area. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction activities from initial planning through to project completion.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
Liaise with contractors, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams.
Ensure adherence to health & safety regulations and industry standards.
Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth delivery.
Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate project documentation.Requirements
Proven experience managing construction projects of varying scale.
Strong organisational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage competing deadlines.
