NRL are working on behalf of our client to hire a Site Manager to drive safe, efficient and high‑quality delivery across major construction works.

What You’ll Do
Lead day‑to‑day site operations and keep projects on programme
Champion safety and ensure Zero Harm standards
Coordinate teams, subcontractors and resources
Manage site records, reporting and compliance
Maintain quality, solve problems fast and keep productivity high
Support commercial processes and manage change on siteWhat You Bring
Strong site management experience
Expert in safe systems of work and risk management
Great communicator who can lead, motivate and influence
Contract knowledge and confident in technical delivery
Calm under pressure with a solutions‑first mindset
