Job Title: Supervisor (Rail Infrastructure)
Location: Northfields Station, London
Duration: Long-term contract

Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Supervisor for a long-term role based at Northfields Station. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and proactive individual with a strong background in rail infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee day-to-day site operations and workforce

* Ensure all works are carried out safely and in compliance with regulations

* Coordinate with site teams, engineers, and project managers

* Monitor progress and maintain project timelines

* Conduct site briefings and ensure adherence to health & safety standards

Requirements:

* Valid BTS (Basic Track Safety) ticket – essential

* CSCS GOLD CARD

* SSSTS/SMSTS

* Proven experience supervising rail/infrastructure projects

* Strong leadership and communication skills

* Ability to manage teams effectively in a live rail environment

* Commitment to maintaining high safety standards
