Boyd Recruitment are working with a well-established civil engineering contractor to recruit an experienced Site Manager for projects across west of Scotland.
The Role
Responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily site operations across civil engineering projects
Deliver works in line with programme, budget, and quality expectations
Ensure full compliance with health & safety standards
Coordinate subcontractors, plant, and materials
Monitor progress and report to senior management
Resolve on-site issues efficiently
Maintain high standards of workmanship
Liaise with clients and project stakeholders
Requirements
Proven experience as a Site Manager within civil engineering / groundworks
Strong background in infrastructure projects (roads, drainage, foundations)
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (essential)
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Proactive and solutions-focused approach
Full UK Driving Licence
