A Residential Groundworks contractor seeking a Junior to Intermediate CAD / Survey Modelling Technician to join a growing Engineering team.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in 3D modelling, drone data processing, and earthworks analysis within a fast-moving groundworks environment.

The role will involve:

Creating 3D earthworks models for tender and live projects
Processing and analysing drone surveys
Producing and checking utility and drainage as-built drawings
Supporting the Engineering Manager with technical modelling tasks

We are looking for someone who:

Has experience in AutoCAD / Civil 3D
Ideally has exposure to AGTEK, Pix4D, N4CE or similar
Has transferable skills from platforms such as DJI Terra, Leica, Trimble Business Centre, Topcon Magnet, LSS, or other survey software
Is detail-oriented and comfortable working with large datasets
Wants to learn and develop — training will be provided
