MEP Manager
We are seeking an experienced MEP Manager to join the UKs leading regional contractor in Malvern.

The Role
We are seeking an experienced MEP Manager to play a key technical and coordination role across both pre-construction and project delivery phases.
Reporting to the Senior MEP Manager, you will lead the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing elements of projects, ensuring design, procurement, and installation activities are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Support pre-construction activities by reviewing MEP tender information and preparing detailed technical analyses
Coordinate Mechanical and Electrical scopes throughout all project stages
Provide technical support to project teams and supervise site works carried out by MEP subcontractors
Maintain quality records and ensure compliance using site management systems (e.g. Fieldwire)
Produce project reports and assist with commissioning and handover documentation, including O&M manuals and Health & Safety files
Liaise with designers, supply chain partners, and site teams to oversee design, procurement, installation, and commissioning
Identify potential project risks and contribute to effective mitigation strategies
Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience in an MEP coordination or management role within building services contracting or consultancy
Strong technical knowledge of Mechanical systems, with a working understanding of Electrical systems
Ability to contribute effectively across both pre-construction and delivery phases
Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a collaborative approach to teamwork
Salary & Package:
£70,000 – £80,000 per annum
£5,500 car allowance
