Mechanical Project Manager

We are seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to take full responsibility for the delivery of mechanical packages on commercial projects. You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage day-to-day delivery of mechanical works on site

* Coordinate subcontractors, labour, and suppliers

* Programme management and progress reporting

* Procurement of materials and plant

* Ensure technical compliance with drawings and specifications

* Liaise with clients, consultants, and site teams

Requirements:

* Experience delivering mechanical packages in the commercial sector

* Strong technical understanding of building services

* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines

* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid preferred

* Experience with project management systems beneficial
