Mechanical Supervisor

Involve Recruitment are looking for a Mechanical Supervisor to support the delivery of commercial mechanical projects on site. This is a hands-on role overseeing site activities and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise mechanical trades and subcontractors on site

* Ensure works are completed safely and to programme

* Monitor quality and installation standards

* Assist with site coordination and planning

* Report progress to Project Managers

* Ensure compliance with drawings and specifications

Requirements:

* Experience in a mechanical supervisory role within commercial construction

* Strong site-based mechanical background

* SSSTS or SMSTS preferred

* Ability to read and interpret drawings

* Strong communication and leadership skills
