Mechanical Supervisor

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to oversee mechanical installations on a large scale commercial project. You will play a key role in ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Mechanical Supervisor Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise day-to-day mechanical works on site (HVAC, pipework, plant rooms, etc.)

* Coordinate subcontractors and ensure adherence to project schedules

* Ensure all works comply with health & safety regulations and company policies

* Conduct site inspections and quality checks

* Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other trades

* Manage materials, labour, and site resources effectively

* Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation

* Assist with commissioning and handover processes

Mechanical Supervisor Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor on commercial projects

* Strong knowledge of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, ductwork)

* SSSTS or SMSTS certification

* CSCS card (relevant trade or supervisory level)

* Excellent leadership and communication skills

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

* Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
